1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our software, dashboards, or any service provided by C-S Solutions (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. The Service

C-S Solutions provides various software and data services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Data Analytics Dashboards (e.g., GA4, Paid Ads, Sales Performance).
• Operational Management Systems (e.g., CRM, EMS, POS, Inventory, Invoicing).
• Data integration and reporting tools.

These services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to the specific terms of your service agreement or payment plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as specified in your order.
• Special Offers: All special offers presented on this site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any given time without prior notice. Special offers are available to micro enterprises and small businesses. Larger enterprises may not qualify as their increased resource requirements for storage and data processing would necessitate higher subscription fees to cover infrastructure costs. Qualification will be determined during the signup or application process.
• Fee Changes: C-S Solutions, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by C-S Solutions or required by applicable law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current Billing Cycle.

4. User Responsibilities & Data

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and access credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• Client Data: You own all data, information, and content that you provide or connect to the Service (referred to as "Client Data"). You grant C-S Solutions a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., calculating metrics, generating reports).
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Client Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of C-S Solutions and its licensors. Our software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. C-S Solutions makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the data presented in the dashboards, as data integrity relies on the source systems you connect.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall C-S Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
